1. What's the difference between a free listing and a Premium Listing?

With a free listing on ThirdAge.com medical and business professionals can post a profile with their name, address, and other basic information. With an upgrade to a Premium Listing you are also able to add photos and videos to your profile, additional business information including your telephone number, a link to your website, accreditation, education, testimonials, and more.

2. Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept: American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa

3. I'm having trouble using my credit card. What should I do?

When making your purchase on the order page, the transaction is not complete until a confirmation appears. Wait for the confirmation before visiting another page or closing your browser window.

4. Why isn't my billing information being accepted when I enter it?

There may be a few reasons why you can't enter your billing information:

  • Incorrect or invalid credit card number
  • Expired credit card
  • Credit card over limit
  • Incorrect or invalid billing information

Try re-entering your information or try using a different payment method.

5. Why was my subscription automatically renewed?

If you are using a credit card, you are charged immediately for the subscription plan you selected. When that plan ends, we will automatically renew your Premium Listing at the same rate as previously selected. This will continue until you select either a different subscription plan or if you choose to end your subscription before it begins a new billing cycle. We hope that auto-renewal doesn't come as a surprise, as it is on the subscription page that each subscriber agrees to when signing up. If you have any questions regarding any charge at any time please contact us immediately for help

6. If I ask for my listing to be removed, will it end my Subscription?

No. Once you purchase a subscription, it will remain active for the remainder of your subscription plan.

7. Can I put my Subscription on hold?

No. Once you purchase a subscription, it will remain active for the remainder of your subscription plan.

8. If I bought a 6-month premium listing and cancel after one month, can I get a refund for the remaining five months?

No, we do not prorate subscriptions. If you cancel after your first month, your Subscription Membership will stay active for the rest of the subscription plan.

9. I changed my mind. May I have a refund?

No. We do not offer refunds of any kind.

10. What do I get as a Premium Listing and what is the difference between standard and Premium?

A Premium Listing may result in more referrals to your business or practice and a lot more exposure in the search engines and to ThirdAge.com's two million monthly visitors.
