Reviews & Ratings of Kathleen Regan
Great experience! I will defiantly go back!!! The elegance of this place is beyond approach!!!
I have been going to Massage Therapeutic Arts for quite some time now. After a car accident almost 5 years ago, I was in an incredible amount of pain! Kathy Regan (owner), first saw me. It was amazing how much better I felt after every visit! It took a long time for my recovery as my injuries were serious, but all I can say that if it wasn't for Massage Therapeutic Arts, I don't know where I would be today! With my busy schedule that is constantly changing, I now tend to see who ever is available. I must say everyone is always so happy to help me along my path to recovery! Thank God for Kathy and all the therapists who have helped me so much!!!
Kathy Regan has built an enormous business over the course of almost two decades, and I was her client for many of those yrs. In the course of the past yr or two, she has worked to massively expand her offices and services, seeking to increase her business, and streamline things. But ironically, she lost sight of the personal touch, and over the course of this past year or so, her staff has demonstrated a level of incompetence by ping at least 5 appointments of mine. She is so over-booked, that there is no room for rescheduling. Then, after the fifth time this happened, (I arrived at my appointment to be told that my appointment was not in the book) I complained to her, requesting some resolution. Instead of honoring our client-massage-provider relationship of more than 15 yrs, by calling me or even writing back to me, she passed the email to her office staff, (BREACHING confidentiality), and I was told by her office staff that she would not be returning my call. Regarding the unprofessional manner of ping my appointments, I was told "We are all human." A level of incompetence and lack-of-sensitivity to patient's needs that is unforgivable.
