I went to Dr.Drabkin for an infection,hurt like hell, my face was swollen like a chip monk! He took xrays of my root and told me I needed a root canal. First he needed to drain all the pus first, there was a lot in there I was relieved within an hour swelling went down that night. Came back the next day, the root canal was done. He was very professional and to the point. Glad I was refereed to him.

My family and I will no longer go to Dr. Drabkin's office for our dental care . I had my exam performed with a full mouth of Xrays and bridge adjustment as well as leasing last week . I started experiencing suvire tooth and Gumbo pain Monday night and I advised him that next day while it swelled up on me next. I went in on Wednesday, with as swollen eye ,nose and in encredible pain Monday. They took more Xrays and refused to show me What they saw (normally they show you ). The assistant explain to that my exam performed during anual only took Xrays of my exterior and in between my teeth and I said that makes no sense! You just looked at me last week . Nowlook at my face , how Could you NOT Xray my roots and gums for preventive dental care ? He said he wanted performed a root canal and drain my infection . At this point I was in tears and didnt him to touch my mouth so I demanded antibiotics to treat my infection and performed a root canal another day . He became very rude and told that I was question his dentistry and was frustrated , he said that he would refer to another dentist and stormed out the room and left his assistant to calm me down . I will be reporting and dont recommend any new customers to him His front desk staff is also always finding ways to bill you and your insurance . I have to go emergency and he is 100%responcible for my pain and distorted face!
