Dr. Handley should not be practicing dentistry. He permanently cemented a crown to an implant. The crown was poorly done and needed to be removed later. The only way it could be removed was to be cut it from the implant. Fortunately, I had a skilled dentist who was able to do this successfully and replace the crown. He also is not skilled in correcting a malocclusion. I went to him several times to correct my bite and he would grind away some of the tooth and tell me see how it goes and if it doesn t work to come back. It didn t work and I went back several times. Over the course of time, the bad bite caused serious problems. Looking back, he did not know what he was doing, yet he never referred me to a dentist who could fix the problem. These among other issues that he will not take responsibility for lead me to see Dr. Handley as unethical and the belief he should not be practicing dentistry with his current skill set. I can not recommend him to any one in need of dental care. My experience with him as a dentist has caused me severe emotional and financial hardship. I have filed a complaint concerning these issues with the Greater Houston Dental Society and the Texas State Regulatory Board for further investigation.
