1 The most arrogant and cruelest doctor Andi

Dr.Helen Ross is a joke. She is very demeaning, cruel, arrogant, nasty, and fast. She will not take the time to exam you and the questions she did answer she answered with a defiant nastiness. She insulted and belittled me. It is hard to make me uncomfortable but this woman, (for the sake of censorship) was able to do it well with relative ease. Dr.Ross shouldn't be allowed to treat people like that. When I called the office to complain and asked to see the other doctor in the practice,the office assistant told me they would get back to me. I never heard anything from them. I will not be going back at all. Avoid this practice. They are a bad pun and horrible example of what a doctor should be.
