Pls help,what should i do :(

hiiiii everyone.. [please spend some time in reading and replying my message :( ]

please help me..Im a 24 year old girl. i know a guy for the past 4 years.i proposed him before 2 years. [its since 3 years we met each other ]i proposed him only on phone.

He rejected my proposal.but still we were talking with each other over phone for hours.

whenvever he speaks to me, he says im the only girl who is close to his heart.

1 and half years back, this guy was really depressed and he said he was to take an suicide attempt,which failed due to some reasons. i felt bad about this, i asked him to put  a promise on me..that he will never think of such things [suicide] in his life.

 He refused and asked me what i will do in return if he promises. I was really feeling bad that day n i said him i wil give anything  he wants.[he meant indirectly about sex] And i said him ok. n he inturn promised me.. 

Before this guy used to talk in doulble meaning.. [abt sex ,few times] , but i always ignore his talks. 

after promising too, he speaks sometimes about it. we have fights often when i refuse to talk on that subject.he says im a cheat and my promise was a lie.he says im not true in love.  i still love him. but i dont know why i cannot talk to him about those things.

he says he loves me, but he doesnt like marriage or committment..

sometimes he tells me , he will marry me if i give myself to him. his statements are too controversy.He has scolded me many times and ignored me.. And he says he is doing all this things for my future to be good.but  for all the silly things he gets angry and blames me.When i ignore him, he comes back saying sorry.. he never speaks about s** all the time.he speaks so lovingly and caringly too.. At times he says love me but dont think me as ur guy :( ..

before 1 month, he asked me about s** , which i ignored.

he got angry for this. the next day i said him sorry and i pleaded him to understand me..

Then i asked him a question.. i asked him the name of our relationship. [i mean like love, friendship.. ] .he dint reply.

instead he asked me a question..he asked me whether  he has rights to talk about s** with me.

for that i said him to reply for my question first.[i mean on the name of our relationship] . that was the end. he stopped talking to me. he ignores my calls and messages.

even when i call him from PCO, he disconnects the call after hearing my voice. 

I sent him many messages pleading him to talk to me. i said him to reply for my messages, if he has atleast little respect on me. but no response :(

i stopped calling/messaging him for the past 10 days. but i miss him so much. i feel so depressed about his behaviour. I Feel he has treated me so cheaply, but sometimes i feel he loves me. i dont have any idea on what to do. please help me. what should i do:(
