Where do you shop Fabrics?

in from the Pittsburgh, PA area... except for independent quilting-oriented and
home dec shops, the only places to get fabric locally are Jo-Ann and WalMart.
I'm generally not excited by either one, though Jo-Ann has good sales on
notions and supplies from time to time. When we had a Hancock store, I usually
preferred it to the others... and going way back in history, So-Fro/House of
Fabrics was probably the "best" chain store, but Jo-Ann ate their
lunch (nationally) about a dozen years ago.

I chiefly sew clothing and costumes, seldom do home-dec, and the quilting
places are frightfully expensive... so I mostly shop online, at
AnythingUpholstery.com and fashion fabrics club's site. Occasionally I shop at
some of the other online fabric vendors, but seldom at the "big"
stores' (Hancock, Jo-Ann, etc) web sites.
