My ex husband did not pay a bill, let along any credit cards that were in his name and debt collectors would call me and harass me. One told me that if I didn't cooperate with them, they would have me arrested ! I filed a complaint with the attorney general and better business bureau of the state they were in. Now when they call me, I just hang up
