How to Undress a Woman, the First Time Around

It is never easy to be vulnerable...with our feelings, our thoughts, or our bodies. And, when we begin dating again, after establishing a friendship that can lead to intimacy, a key moment of vulnerability comes the first time you undress each other.

This is more difficult in our ThirdAge than in our youth. How do we enjoy these experiences? One way is to think of them as moments where you can appreciate, savor, taste, and touch each other for the first time. And depending on your knowledge of each other, and your desire, think about how to make a moment that you'll remember. I like this recipe:

  1. First stand behind her.
  2. Pull her hair away from her ears.
  3. Sweep your lips up and down her neck.
  4. Reach around and pull her into you.
  5. Say something to her, or whisper her name.
  6. Move the tips of your fingers up her waist to the sides of her breasts. Turn her around, if you like.
  7. Undo the first button.
  8. Then a kiss as she turns her face up toward you.
  9. Undo the second button.
  10. A second kiss...
What are your recipes for undressing a woman? How do you want to be undressed? Are there moments of first-time intimacy that you remember fondly? Share your recipes, experiences and memories in the Sex and Romance Discussion.

In high altitudes, or if you're with a longtime partner or spouse, this recipe still works.

Movies and music can help set the scene for your romantic moments.
