I haven't planned, but I'm sure I'll be fine
As a financial planner, it comes as no surprise that ThirdAge insider Jeff Fleming expresses a little bit of skepticism towards this statement.

"How do you know?" he asks. "Do you have enough insurance, lifetime housing, and any forseeable income?"

People who haven't planned are often apathetic about their own futures. And, if you don't care about your own future, it's hard to imagine who's going to.

So, which of the following gives you the most comfort as a backup retirement plan?
I can always move in with the kids
Social Security will still be around
I'll just keep working if I have to
