Some of my managers are half my age. Many show no respect for my experience or for the expertise I've nurtured all these years. I could swear that my boss/manager is always setting me up to fail. Am I just paranoid? There may be no way out but out! I want out, but I'm not sure I'm the entrepreneurial type to go it alone. I know I want to run my own show, but where do I start?
