I getting allergy/flu like symptoms before my period?

Hello everyone,Serious answers please. I have fibromyalgia, however I have been getting flu/allergy like symptoms before my period. I take allergy medicine, sleep long hours but nothing else. This time I even had a fever. So not only do my fibro symptoms act up but I am also sick. I know it sounds weird, but I was wondering if anyone had suggestions about vitamins I could take? Or any other suggestions that would be great.I just turned 26 and other then my fibro I am healthy. Thanks so much!
