  • Poor coordination
  • Euphoria
  • Extreme lethargy
  • Severe oxygen deprivation:
  • Seizure Disorder
  • Coma
  • No brain stem reflexes (eg, breathing, responding to light)
  • Only blood pressure and heart function reflexes are functioning
