Fertility in men depends on the following organs:

  • Pituitary gland
  • Male reproductive organs (testes, vas deferens, epididymis)
  • Hypothalamus

Men are considered infertile if they:

  • Produce too few sperm cells
  • Produce sperm cells of poor quality
  • Have chronic problems with ejaculation
