Symptoms of Post-polio Syndrome
Symptoms may include:
- Fatigue
- Slowly progressive muscle weakness
- Muscular atrophy
- Muscle spasms
- Joint pain
- Muscle pain
- Difficulty swallowing, breathing, or sleeping
- Intolerance to heat or cold
- Speech problems
- Skeletal deformities (eg, Scoliosis )
