How to Treat Prostate Cancer
The treatment and management of prostate cancer most often involves surgery (either of the primary tumor or removal of the testes to help treat advanced disease), hormonal therapy, and/or radiation therapy. In some cases, chemotherapy may also be used if the cancer has spread and is resistant to other types of treatment.
