Questions About Breast Cancer
I have a lump on my chest, what is it?
I'm a female. Near my breast, on the lower center of my chest I noticed that a bump has formed. It's mildly painful, and it has a very very very light discoloring almost unnoticeable. At first I thought it might have been a supplementary nipple, but it doesn't follow the mammary line down the left/right sides of my chest. The only other thing I could think of off the top of my head is cancer. It is extremely close to my breast. What could it be?
It could be a staph infection. Sometimes they form under the skin, and they are painful. Go to the doctor.
Sounds like a POSSIBLE pre-cancer bumb. Could also be an ingrown hair that has built up a lot of fluid? Lots of other possibilities are out there and the only way to find out is by going to the doctors!
