Should I just kill myself?
So I've been depressed and on meds for a few years. Beaten by my dad. Verbally abuse. And my mom has pretty much ignored me for the past 7 years. This year I found a reason worth living for. To see the smile on my boyfriends face everytime he saw me. He broke up with me a week ago. Last night i was sexually assaulted by someone I didn't know well. I was completely sober so I remember the whole thing. Ive lost every reason to live. I think I should just kill myself tonight. I'm 16 by the way.

Please don't kill yourself. You're worth so much more than all the people who have hurt you in your life. One day you will meet someone perfect who thinks you're perfect. If you kill yourself, s/hes going to be alone. Forget about everyone whos ever hurt you and move on. Get up and go. Get all your problems and put them in an imaginary box, lock it and throw away the key. You're 16.. so look into things you have always wanted to do! Life is only just starting. Look into some good career options, work yourself up in the world. I may not know you, but i care about you. Please realize, so many people love you. Contact the police about last night, don't let anything like that drag you down. Prove everyone else wrong, follow your dreams! Good luck with everything!
Death is never an option. You might be going through hell right now but don't ever use that as a reason to kill your self. You just have to make your life a life to live for. Put what ever happens to the past ( and i know thats not easy but you get used to it) because this is your life. This Is your life. Make it your life. Don't let others take your life away. Set your self some goals. Relying on a guy is not a way to make it your life. I guarantee you that one day you will find happiness you just have to make your self believe that.
NO! NO! NO! You should not kill yourself. You need to report whoever assaulted you to the authorities. I'm sorry that you've had such a trying and terrible time in life and all those horrible things have happened, but, I promise you things will get better. If you kill yourself the people that victimized you have won. Those people are pieces of shit, you're a good person. Remember that! You can make it through these dark times, just be strong.
It's your choice. But, don't expect anyone to just move on from it. Your death I mean. If your like me, you hate it when people go all therapist on you. So, I won't do that. This is what I will do. I know, in some ways, how it feels. To just want to end your life. But, focus on all of those great things you have in your life. What about friends? Other family members? A favorite teacher? Try and take some time for yourself. Watch a favorite show. Relax, light some candles. Listen to a favorite band, or watch a favorite movie. Try and enjoy your life, because it's the only one you get. If you ever need to talk, I'm here. And remember, I'm not the only one who cares. Best wishes, Re<3
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! dont pls. I will pray for you!
Hi Dess! These are terrible things that have happened to you, and we are very sorry that you went through so much pain. All were situations which were out of your control and you should not blame yourself. However, you now have the ability to make good decisions for yourself and your future. And, attempting to end your life is NOT one of them!Suicide is a permanent solution to temporary problems. Yes, you have been abused, yes you have been treated poorly by your mother, yes you were sexually assaulted. But, you now can decide to learn from what you went through and make better decisions for yourself and for your future. Since you are depresseed and taking medications, hopefully you have a therapist you trust and can count on. The most effective treatment for depressoin is a combination of medications and talk therapy. Your therapist and your doctor need to know that you are having suicidal thoughts so they can help you. If you are not honest with them, they won't know what to do. The same goes with your parents, or another adult whom you trust. If you feel you can't make a promise to keep yourself safe tonight, please call 911 or call our Hotline as soon as possible. We are a suicide prevention line and we specialize in talking with teenagers and young adults. You don't have to keep feeling this way and there is hope for your future! Please reach out now and let us help you decide what to do. You are here for a reason!Take care,Counselor, CJBoys Town National
Here are some resources for you, of course you should NOT kill yourself. I am also giving you a free version of a healing method ,and some therapists trained in it that can help you move on quickly from your traumas. This method will remove the trauma of the beatings and the rest , and help you move forward. The one thing you did not mention, is taking the clothes you were wearing and reporting this to the police. You can even report your dad for the abuse. You should think about that , because none of this is your fault, and they have treated you criminally. That is why you feel the way you do. Your feelings are not surprising given what you have been through. But you can still take charge of your life and emotions and get well. That is what you should do. Many people have done that, as well. You need to find and bring some adults worthy of trust into your life, and find your family of love, and get on with creating your best life. The rest is tragic, but you can over come and get going. click on 'get started free', eftmastersworldwide.comsupport groups at 1800799safe
