hi im 15 yrs old and i have always been over Weight i weight about 90kg, i suffer from chronic fertile, depression and anxiety, im an emotional eater and when things happen i always eat! i cannot control myself sometimes, i see a personal trainer 4 times a week and i have been seeing her for about 4 months now and my weight has just been going down like 2kg then back up, then back down again and its really annoying, i'm really serious about loosing weight and i stuck to a proper eating diet but the results weren't budging which got me down so i have started eating like crazy again! i really want to loose allot of weight in the next 3-4 months, i thought i was doing everything right? so if anyone has any other suggestions on why i cant lose any weight, or HOW to get some kilos off would be greatly appreciated! thanks

Besides dieting try doing some exercise like jogging,swimming, jump roping. These exercises will help you lose weight.
Before you say "I can't control myself", think about this: You only have one body. If you screw it up, you're... well, screwed. Keep yourself to 1500-2000 calories a day. Never go over 2000. Don't eat tons of junk food. You don't have to be 100% healthy, but you can't sit down and gorge yourself when you get upset. Take a stroll for about 20 minutes around 4 times a week. Remember - you only have one body. I'm really glad you're trying to help yourself. We all have weak points. Good luck!
what an idiot. if you follow your diet thoroughly and not give in to temptations to junkfood of cos you'll lose weight. it takes alot of time and discipline!
