Depression please help me?
I am looking for people who suffer from depression or bipolar anybody that can relate to me. I feel all alone in this world and I dont know what to do. I have started cutting recently and I cant seem to stop now. I dont have money to go and see anybody. The last time I went to the doctor they gave me prozac and it didnt help made me worse. What do I do.

try getting pets
Instead of cutting, draw a butterfly when you're feeling depressed. Name the butterfly after someone you love or someone who cares about you and wants you to get better. You can't scrub it off, you have to let it fade naturally. If you cut before the butterfly fades, it dies. If you have more than one butterfly, cutting kills them all. If someone else draws it, it's extra special. It shows how your cutting affects the people you love. It helped me.
I'm sorry that you aren't feeling well now. It might be helpful for you to speak to a counsellor or social worker at your school. There are mental health services available for free in your area. If you are suicidal and still feel like a threat to yourself you can go to the nearest emergency room and speak to a crisis worker.
