Taking into account side effects...what are the side effects?
I'm a recovered anorexic, which is now starting to take its toll - iveput on ALOT of weight and am so self conscious, I can't find motivation to do anything and have mood swings.

Sounds like u want a anti depressant to loose weight not recover from depression...if u were really depressed you wouldn't even realize that you are until you get over it...
Zoloft has worked the best for me. Avioid trazadone,,,you feel like a zombie!
Most drugs these days harm people more; so drug companies can get more money for the side effects it has caused. Often the side effects are permanent damage!
Find yourself a friend ot a therapist to relive you of your pains.
Go to church and make new friends that have lots of love in them.
How about going dancing to help you loose weight? But do it steady.
Go to church to be with others.
