Do Ambien Cr 12.5mg work for you ? ?
Still doesn't help with the sleep :( so she added Sedoquel XR 50mg plus I take Lexapro 20mg ! Sleeping is like the hardest for me to do :( Help

I think you need to see a sleep specialist. Also google sleep hygiene. Most sleep specialists think pills for insomnia are a very bad idea.
My sleep specialist suggested I take ambien and xanax. So much for no-pill solution.....
Ambien worked well for me for about 1 day. It want downhill from there.
