wat is depression why person fall in depression ? i have sadness and feeling of lonliness?
We all get lonely sometimes...depression can be a result. You should try to stay as busy as possible and have multiple interests and hobbies...this will help you feel not so alone as there are legions are others who will most likely share in that interest. I mean if you want to talk specifics, there are legions of people out there who are depressed and lonely, that is something you have in common with them right there.
Of course people don't like to feel down when talking with others unless they are just miserable by nature in which case you should probably avoid them altogether, it's that saying misery loves company...just try and stay as busy as possible....exercise is a positive way to keep you busy as well as alleviating depression.
Maybe you should get a bicycle and start taking long rides.
Many people today are struggling just to put food on the table, keep a roof over their head and find a good paying job. I believe 90 percent of the population has fallen into deppresion wether it's mild or severe. Just dealing with everyday life has an impact of how we feel on a day to day basis. Your feeling lonely and sad but why? You could give a more detailed description as to why you are feeling the way you do. Go out socialize, find a hobby, keep your mind occupied do something that interests you. Life is short, live everyday as if it were your last. Smile keep your head up and never give up.
