What will my psychiatrist give me next?
im 19, severe anxiety and mild depression. Ive been on paxil, zoloft, ativan, prozac, welbutrin, seroquel, pristiq and buspar. im off all the meds except pristiq and buspar but i dont take them anymore because they didnt work. I stopped them like a month ago. i see him tomorrow, what will i likely get next?

a very large bill. ha ha i mean you have seen them quite a lot of times. it could cost some serious coin. have you considered relaxation therapy, or massage, or dating to help calm you down some. you might just supplement your medicine and doctor visits with something hopeful, not stressful. sports can also be a release, at least from overly tense muscles. can you think of something fun, but restful. there are other forms of counselors. lawyers, priests, social workers, psychologists, your friends, your teachers, your guidance counselor at school, school nurse, you parents, your boss if you have a job, etc. so ask advice, in a general way, from a whole bunch of people, and see if any of it sounds useful. you don't want to go into too many details, just ask, and then let them talk.
