Questions About Depression
Is this a usual symptom of clinical depression?
I've noticed lately that I've gone from cycling between feeling normal and then being depressed/anxious to cycling between just feeling anxious and then being depressed :/ does this mean ill have to increase my prescription or something (225 mg of effexor for clinical depression, social anxiety and general anxiety) I'm just worried because it has been a definite noticeable change to me
it normal to have all those thing associated with each other, i have extremely bad depression im on cymbalta and anxiety meds too, im in therapy and its helped but if YOU notice a change you gotta go see a doctor.
Learn yoga, pranayama and meditation and practice minimum 2 hours daily morning and after some time you will notice significant change in your depression. After some time, you will be able to reduce your medicine also. Also do a lot of physical activities like gardening, walking, jogging, cycling, indoor and outdoor sports. All these together will make a lot of positive changes in your life.
