i don't know whats wrong with me...(no rude comments)?

i don't know why but i have been soooo super emotional lately i have no idea why. i have been depressed before and i am a little down but its not this because i am not depressed. i don't know whats going on with me i have been moody or having 'mood swings' and i don't know why i just cry over the stupidest littlest dumbest things you could imagine. please someone give me some sort of ideas what im going through i have no one to talk to so any information would be helpful. ***please no rude or stupid comments im being completely serious if you are only looking for some points leave a smiley face but please don't be rude or snotty.*** its not my period its been going on for weeks now plus i never get like this around my period before during or after...but thanks though :)
