I feel sick every time I eat?
I was sure that I was gluten intolerant and have been following a gluten free diet (or doing the best I can) but lately I don't think I have eaten any gluten and yet every time I eat or drink anything, I instantly get the heartburn and chest pain. the fatigue is killing me. I drink 5 hour energy shots every day just to make it through the day. I have been good about researching everything I am going to eat before I eat online to make sure there is no gluten, but I am so frustrated now I just don't know what to do. Please don't tell me to go to the doctor... they are useless. It took years and years of tests and doctors to get a fibromyalgia diagnosis. My doctor recommended several years ago that I should try the south beach diet for my IBS symptoms....yeah right!! It almost just about killed me my symptoms got so bad. I had to figure out on my own that wheat was what was doing it. No one told me i am gluten intolerant but they did say I do NOT have celiac...since I have all the symptoms I drew my own conclusion. If anyone out there has any advice or suggestions I would LOVE to hear them. I am just so frustrated with wasting money on doctors who can never help me unless I already know whats wrong with me to start with.

your ibs symptoms could be due to a vitamin b12 deficiency get an allergy test so you know which foods you must avoid avoid processed sugars try eating less fruit maybe try organic foods because maybe you are intolerant to pesticides keep well hydrated but don't feel pressured to drink too much if it makes you feel bloated avoid constipation by going to the toilet as soon as you need to - and try to go to the toilet first thing in the morning and 30 minutes after meals to take advantage of some reflex that should make it easy at those times too much calcium and iron can cause constipation not enough magnesium can cause constipation avoid caffeine have a regular schedule for eating. try eating 3 times a day for a while, and see how that makes you feel, and try eating 5 or 7 small meals a day and see how that makes you feel and work out which way is better avoid stress. spend time with the people you love, while eating, be surrounded by people.
being that you know doctors are useless, what makes you so sure that you have FMS FMs is highly overdiagnosed by these idiot docs who use it when they give up or as a general label for pain. I assume you have been to a gastroenterologist and endocrinologist and allergist. do you have access to a nutritionist? you may have a sensitivity to another food is it not just bad reflux?
