Sharp pains in my knees, shoots down to my feet?
Lately, I have been experiencing excruciating sharp pains in my knees. The pains start at the back of my knee and shoot down to my feet. It's mostly my left leg, but sometimes the right too. The pain doesn't occur everyday and I have noticed that it gets worse a day or two before it rains. Could I have arthritis? I am 23 and fibromyalgia runs in my family, but not arthritis. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks :)
Answers
An x-ray could check for arthritis and be checked for fibro.
fyi--fms is highly overdiagnosed--most people have something else---some aren't sick at all...... and fms is more widespread
