have had a headache for over 5 months. Had test and is not my sinus or my high blood pressure causing it.?
this headache 24 hours a day everyday. On a pain scale from 1-10/ 10 being the highest level of pain I give my pain a 6. My neck is real stiff and hard to turn from side to side and my back and hip hurts also. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and was prescribed citalopram 20 mg for that.could fibromyalgia give me a headache for months non stop or what else can I do to get some relief.

One of the more common side affects of Citalopram is Headaches/tremor
