Questions About Rheumatoid Arthritis
I woke up Thursday morning and my thumb hurt really badly, whats wrong with it?I have jra(juvinile rheumatoid arthritis)in my right wrist and I've had it for three years now, I'm 14The other morning I woke up and my thumb all the way down to the side of my wrist hurt really badly and I couldn't turn off the sink or hold a toothbrush, my dad said I proberly slept wrong on it so he gav me some aspirin( I think) and said it would get better in a few hours, it's been 4 days and still hurts what should I do?
Have your parents call your rheumatologist tomorrow and see what they say. If it's the same hand/wrist as you have the arthritis my guess is that it's related so the doc may want to take a look. For now maybe some advil and warm compresses would help a little?
