How many types of tuberculosis disease?
There are five main types of pulmonary tuberculosis and seven main types of extra pulmonary tuberculosis. Additionally, there are two other types of tuberculosis designation. These are latent TB infection and TB disease. With latent TB infection you yourself are not sick but you carry the TB germs and are contagious. With TB disease you have the germs, are contagious, and are also sick.
