The length of time it takes for a rotator cuff to heal depends on the severity of the injury. The rotator cuff consist of 4 muscles and sometimes they are stretched or injured in such a way that the healing process can take a minimal amount of time. Other rotator cuff injuries result in a tear of one of the muscles and may lead to surgery to repair it properly.
