Pneumocystis carinii is an endemic protozoan that does not usually cause any illness in humans. Im going to say B I had a Question like that on my CFA Exam But i could be wrong but B sounds like more of a right answer to me.

Most definitely C. This is a finding that is almost completely exclusive to patients with HIV and other immunosuppressive diseases.
