Kidney disease can cause changes in your urine. Those changes include the feeling that your urine is to hot or too cold, a change in the frequency of urination, changes in color, and changes in texture (urine may become foamy. Kidney disease can also cause your urine to have strong odors or cause pain or difficulty when urinating. Other disease such as colon can cause similar changes in your urine. Any change or discomfort should be immediately reported to your physician for routine testing.
