Is There a Cure for Arthritis?
Question: Is there a cure for arthritis?
Answer: Unfortunately, there is no cure for arthritis. We can, however, reduce arthritis symptomatology so it seems like it's cured, or even prevent it from occurring in the first place.
To do this, you must really take care of yourself. Start by exercising regularly and eating a low-fat diet. Take supplements such as glucosamine, chondroitin sulphate and SAMe. You should also practice mind-body exercises.
