Bones, Muscles, and Joints: What to Expect in Your 40s

Although you may begin to lose muscle and bone mass in your 40s, you can dramatically offset these losses by engaging in even moderate daily exercise and eating a healthy diet--one that is rich in calcium-bearing foods such as canned salmon with bones, broccoli, tofu, beans, low-fat yogurt, and low-fat milk.
