Men say they want to look good to members of the opposite sex, and that means having a well-muscled butt. This also gives a guy's body more strength: It literally helps move your body through time and space.

Classic butt-building methods include:
- Regular weight training exercise.
(Working with a personal trainer will sculpt your body faster than you can say "Playdoh.")
- Hiking up stairs, climbing machines or hills.
(Hiking works the butt into great shape. Try to hike somewhere at least four times a week.)
- Maintaining a healthy weight.
- Reducing fat intake.
- Floor exercises.
(Do these at home. For example, get on all fours. Sweep one of your legs backwards into the air. Your leg should arch above your back and your foot should point towards the ceiling.)
- Do yoga.
(Yoga tones the whole body, especially the backside.)
- In-line skating.
(This will work your buns and build muscle in the best possible way. Just remember to wear your padding!)
