Picky Kids
Picky Kids
When my kids come home from school, they always ask for hot dogs, chicken nuggets, or mac n' cheese. I've been trying to cook healthier meals for my family, and I don't want the kids to eat something different than what my wife and I are eating. Any suggestions on what I can make them that they would enjoy? Or how can I make these junk foods that they like healthier?
Why not make
Why not make the chicken nuggets yourself with boneless skinless chicken breast and crushed cornflakes. I personnally do not have hot dogs in my house and I only serve homemade mac n' cheese. That way I can control the amount of fat that is in the meal.
If the food is not in the house then you cannot serve the kids the food, if they have to wait for 2 hours in order for the macn'cheese to be ready they will ask for something else.
