Seeking a Better Breakfast

In several weeks, I'm going to have some out-of-town friends stay over my place, and I want to surprise them with a great breakfast spread. They're all very health conscious, so I want to make sure the meal looks great and will help them feel great. Any suggestions?

Start off with freshly squeezed organic oranre juice, followed by oat cereal that has a handful of almonds, raisins & pistachios. If they are addicted to caffiene you can serve them green tea or black coffee. Some people also like to have milk & sugar with their tea/coffee, so have skimmed milk & brown sugar handy.

If you are looking for the "typical" breakfast, different varieties of whole grains and fresh fruit with egg and cheese substitutes and typical breakfast-meat substitutes would be a suggestion, along with vegetarian gravy and potatoes cooked in a healthy way and whole-grain toast, possibly with a fresh fruit and/or heart-healthy spread.
