It depends on your taste. You can customize your bowl of oatmeal with cinnamon, maple syrup, milk, butter, nuts, raisins, various fruits; whatever you find tempting. No matter how you fix it, oatmeal is not only a delicious way to start the day, but its packed with a wide range of health and beauty benefits.Here are some ways oatmeal makes you feel better. Reduces cholesterol. Oatmeal contains betaglucan which is a soluble fiber that has been proven in studies to lower so-called bad cholesterol. Helps you drop pounds. Make an oatmeal mask

Use a coffee grinder to ground up oatmeal. Mix in a bowl with warm water and honey. Fluff up one egg white with a fork in a small bowl. Add the egg white to the oatmeal for consistency, folding it into the mixture until it is smooth Stir and let sit for five minutes. Wash your face and neck, and while s still damp apply the oatmeal mixture. Leave on for ten minutes or until it is fully dry; wash off with lukewarm water.
