A Recipe From DietWatch
Prep time: five minutes (excluding hanging yogurt)
*Yogurt cheese is a staple ingredient for lowfat cooking. There are several commercial drainers available that save the hassle of the cheesecloth-lined bowl in the back of the refrigerator. Try the one made by Donvier and sold through Williams Sonoma.
Place 3 cups of lowfat plain yogurt in a cheesecloth-lined colander overnight or longer and refrigerate until approximately half of the original volume. Whisk all the ingredients together and chill well before serving.
