Inline Skating
Why is Inline Skating number one on the list? Well, not only will you having a blast doing it, but youll also be working your body hard with all of the side-to-side movement. Skating causes your thigh and butt muscles to really get moving, and it's a great core strengthener.
Inline Skating is a fat burner that takes off a lot of unwanted stress on your knee joints, which makes it especially good for anyone with weakness or pain in their knees. Make sure you have all of the right equipment (helmet, elbow and knee pads, etc.) before you hit the streets.

Running
Your butt, core, and legs are the biggest calorie and fat burning muscles in your body. That makes running a tremendously effective exercise. When running, swing your arms close to your body, lean forward, and keep your feet low to the ground. You can walk the curbs and run the straight paths, or vice versa, but keep switching it up. -
Jumping Rope
Who doesnt want to feel like a kid again? Turns out, Jumping rope is a great fat-burner. Check to make sure the handles of the rope reach your armpits when you stand in the middle of it. Jump with your feet slightly apart and make sure your body is in an upright position, and keep your jumps low to the ground.
You can even do all of these movements rope-less! Make sure you switch between intervals of fast and slow, and try jumping while you jog.

Hula Hooping
Surprised? Dont be. Hula Hooping is actually a great workout. If youve never done it before, make sure you get an adult sized hoop, which is heavier and easier to spin than the kids version. Then simply step into the middle of the hoop, and start swinging your hips from side-to-side. If it feels awkward, dont worry. Youll get better with every spin, and burn off about 300 calories in 30 minutes.
-
Tennis
You dont have to be a pro like Venus or Serena to get the fitness benefits of tennis. You can either go to a nearby court and play, or you can just find a flat space against a wall or garage the exercise works all the same.
If you're hitting against a wall, stand 10-25 feet away and alternate between backhand and forehand shots. This will force you to hit harder. Try to hit 50-100 balls in a row. Even bending down to pick up your missed balls will help you burn the fat.
-
Dancing
Who doesnt love to dance? It may not be quite as effective as the rest of the fat-blasters here, but you can still burn off 221 calories in 31 minutes, and have fun doing it. Keep your body moving by choosing songs that have upbeat rhythms and high tempos, and try not to take too many breathers in between the songs. Try and use your arms a lot, keep them in the air, swing them around, give them a work out too.
Braganza suggests that you make a playlist of your favorite high tempo songs and make sure the songs keep increasing in beat. You can start dancing to slower songs when it comes time for the cool-down.

Walk Vigorously
Yes, walking is on the list, but we're not talking about a nice stroll where you enjoy the sunset and casually talk with a friend. If youre going to make your walk count, you have to take short, quick steps and keep your body upright. Match your strides with your arms and make sure you pump your arms back and forth.
Dont forget to alternate those strides! Make sure you walk in a quick pace for two minutes, and then for one whole minute walk as fast as you can.
