A beautiful young woman is about to undergo a minor operation. A nurse rolls her trolley bed to a corridor just outside the operating room, then leaves her there while she goes in to check on whether everything is ready.
A young man wearing a white coat approaches, takes the sheet away from the patient and examines her. Then he walks away and talks to another man in a white coat. The second man comes over and does the same examinations. When the third man starts examining her body, the young woman grows impatient and says, "All these examinations are fine and appreciated, but when are you going to start the operation?"
The man in the white coat who's examining her shrugs his shoulders. "I have no idea," he says. "We're just painting the corridor."
