A man goes to visit a friend who is a farmer and notices that some workmen are putting up a building on the property.
"I see you're making some improvements," he says.
"Yes," says the farmer. "I've been thinking about putting that up for some time."
"What is it going to be?" the visitor asks.
"Well, if I can find a tenant, it's a bungalow," he says. "If I can't, it's a barn."
