Welcome Call

The telephone rings in the house of a woman of a certain age. On the other end of the line she hears heavy breathing.
"Is this an obscene call?" she asks.
"Yes," says a deep voice on the other end.
"Well, just a minute, please. Don't hang up. I'm going to get my cigarettes and a cup of coffee."
