Long Bus Trip

I have to take a five-hour long bus trip to travel to a wedding. I didn't book a flight, because the cost was too high. I usually have to go to the bathroom about once every hour, but I loathe using the toilets on the bus. Any suggestions on what I can do to make the situation more tolerable?
