1. Warning Signs
According to the National Association For Continence, here are some of the warning signs of bladder problems indicating that you must see a doctor:

Urine leakage which prevents activities.

Urine leakage which began or continued after an operation, such as hysterectomy, cesarean section, etc.

Urine leakage causing embarrassment.

Inability to urinate, or urine retention.

Urinating more frequently without a proven bladder infection.
-
Needing to rush to the toilet and/or losing urine if you do not make it in time.

Pain while the bladder fills up, and/or pain during urination.

Frequent urinary tract infections.
-
Progressive weakness of the urinary stream with or without a feeling of incomplete bladder emptying.
-
Abnormal urination or changes in urination related to a nervous system abnormality (stroke, spinal cord injury, MS, etc.).
