Sandra Bullock & Jesse James: A Common Story for Boomers

Sandra Bullock was reportedly reuniting with husband Jesse James as of last Thursday. According to Life & Style, the 46 year old Oscar-winning actress recently re-established contact with 41 year old motorcycle customizer Jesse James and is considering giving their relationship another chance for the sake of their family.

"Sandra will never fully get over the way Jesse betrayed her. But he did give her the family she's always wanted. And because of that, she's able to forgive him." a source said.

Not so fast. Reports on Monday suggest that Sandra Bullock is in no way considering reconciliation with her adulterous ex and their marriage will end in divorce like so many others.

A source close to the actress tells RadarOnline.com that James has no shot of getting back together with Bullock.

Jesse James was caught cheating with one woman and then several other women revealed their affairs with him.

What compels a partner to stray?

The reasons can be as different as the sexes themselves. While women are usually prompted by emotional factors such as loneliness, boredom, or unfulfilled expectations, men often follow the lead of their libido.
