Natalee Halloway Candlelight Vigil
A candlelight vigil was held for missing persons from Alabama, including missing teen Natalee Holloway from Mountain Brook, Ala. who was on vacation in Aruba when she disappeared. Holloway's friends and family attended the vigil at the Alabama governor's mansion with Governor Bob Riley and his wife, Patsy, in Montgomery, Ala. on December 8, 2005. Joran van der Sloot, the lone suspect in the 2005 disappearance of Holloway, was extradited from Chile on Friday 4th June 2010.

The picture was taken by staff at the Penitenciario Miguel Castro Castro as they booked him into the infamous Lima jail, after he was charged with the violent murder of Peruvian student, Stephany Flores.
