Testosterone: Samson Shares

Created from cholesterol that floats abundantly though the blood, testosterone is the hormone that sensitizes the erectile tissue in the genitalia of both sexes. Nipples, the extended clitoris, and the penis become swollen in response as the sexual encounter unfolds. Testosterone, like other hormones, controls several bodily functions, including the libido of both sexes. It is the high level of testosterone in the testicles that encourages sperm development and brings on male characteristics.

Testosterone is destroyed by alcohol. Exercise may be better preparation for a sexual experience than alcohol.
